We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unopened products in their original packaging. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the US. International shipping takes 7-14 business days depending on the destination. We also offer express shipping options at checkout for faster delivery. Free shipping is available on orders over $75.
Are your products cruelty-free? +
Yes! All GlowQueen Beauty products are 100% cruelty-free. We never test our products or ingredients on animals, and we do not work with any suppliers who do. We're proud to be Leaping Bunny certified.
Are your products vegan? +
Most of our products are vegan and free from animal-derived ingredients. However, some of our products may contain beeswax or other animal-based ingredients. Please check the product page or packaging for specific ingredient information.

Do you offer samples? +
Yes! We offer sample-size versions of many of our products. You can find these on our website or contact our customer service to request samples before purchasing full-size products.
How should I store my makeup products? +
Store your makeup in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Most products have a shelf life of 12-24 months after opening. Check the packaging for the Period After Opening (PAO) symbol to know how long your product is good for once opened.
Can I change or cancel my order? +
You can change or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, as long as it hasn't been processed yet. Please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
